Mississauga Convention Centre is hiring an experienced Chef specializing in authentic Middle Eastern cuisine . If you are passionate about Arabic, Syrian, Turkish, and Levantine flavours and have strong hands‑on experience with shawarma, kebabs, rotisserie meats, and grilled dishes, we want to hear from you. You will be part of a busy, high-volume kitchen preparing delicious, authentic food for banquets, weddings, corporate events, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Middle Eastern cuisine including shawarma, kebabs, grilled meats, mezze, rice dishes, and traditional breads
