Job Description
About the Position
Blue Arrow is looking for a Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join our client for the season (June - October) at a busy hotel in the Scottish countryside, located approximately one hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Applicants must be able to live within the hotel during the season.
Positions & Compensation
Sous Chef: £18 per hour
Chef de Partie: £16.25 per hour
Requirements
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
- Attention to detail with a focus on excellent guest experience
- Reliable, organised and flexible with shifts
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Positive attitude
Living Arrangements
During the season, the successful candidates will live within the hotel. A weekly fee of £70 is due, which covers:
