<p>· Prepare both raw and cooked food.</p>
<p>· Cook food to a high standard.</p>
<p>· Portion and pack both raw and cooked food.</p>

<p>· Regenerate and service food.</p>
<p>· Label, chill and store food.</p>
<p>· Keep accurate records and operate necessary computer systems.</p>
