Chef (Full time)

Hail Mary Burleigh Heads is looking for talented ,creative and committed Chefs of all levels to join our growing team.

We are looking for:

1. Qualified chefs with demonstrated experience in a high volume restaurant and ideally with experience in Mexican cuisine.
2. 3-4 years experience in hospitality.
3. Passionate about food & hospitality
4. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
5. Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Well presented & punctual
7. Available to work a combination of shifts including weekends & public holidays
8. Strong work ethic and excellent communication
