  • Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, food preparation, and final presentation.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and purchasing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance culinary offerings and operational efficiency.
