JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on‑demand services for assigned facilities. The Leader ensures that all work is performed in accordance with established processes and practices and complies with all internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection standards. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Leader performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance and routine/on‑demand services.
