The Frog Club is looking for a Chef de Partie who takes genuine pride in the work; someone who runs their section with discipline and care, who holds the standard when the pass is under pressure, and who understands that a great grill kitchen is built on consistency, not performance.
This is not a role for someone who is still learning the basics. It is not a position for someone who needs to be directed through every service. It is not a kitchen that tolerates shortcuts.
The Frog Club is a bar and restaurant opening on Chapel Street, Windsor from the team behind The Gilson. The room draws inspiration from New York supper clubs, old Hollywood dining rooms, and the kind of restaurants where the kitchen is as important as everything happening in front of it.
