for a Chef De Partie (Waterfall) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the Waterfall kitchen, specializing in Italian cuisine

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines

  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, complying with local health regulations

  • Conduct regular taste tests and plate presentations to ensure consistency and quality

  • Monitor inventory and ensure availability of ingredients for daily operations

  • Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste through proper portioning and storage

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel
