Job Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the Waterfall kitchen, specializing in Italian cuisine
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, complying with local health regulations
Conduct regular taste tests and plate presentations to ensure consistency and quality
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of ingredients for daily operations

Requirements
