We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Sharjah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will be responsible for ensuring highquality food preparation and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
- To manage your Kitchen section with regard to food preparation and service according to set standards customer satisfaction and high level of sales in line with company policies and regulations
- Responsible for guiding the Commis in the performance of their jobs in accordance to Hotel policies and procedures
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff providing guidance and support
- Prepare highquality dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Ensure proper food handling storage and hygiene practices are followed at all times
