We are are looking for a hardworking Chef de Partie to join our team. Our kitchen can get extremely busy, so having previous high volume experience is preferred . In order to be suitable for this role, you must -

- Serve and prepare food promptly and professionally
- Maintain a good understanding of menu options
- Responsible for taking and recording food/fridge temperatures
