Las Iguanas Cambridge is looking for a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section in a fast‑paced environment.
As a Chef de Partie you will work behind the scenes to create dishes, support junior staff, maintain hygiene, and ensure high quality.
Responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate and deliver service across one or more kitchen sections.
- Produce dishes to specification alongside the kitchen team.
- Coach, nurture, and develop junior team members.
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking experience.
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Lead by example during busy services.
