Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our vibrant new establishment.

Salary: £30,000pa plus tronc

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
• Own your section within a growing Mediterranean kitchen, using fresh seasonal ingredients
• Opportunity to learn and develop and potential to progress to Junior Sous

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
