About the Role
We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Chef de Partie.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
- Support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen operations.
- Adhere to company health and safety, food safety, and COSHH legislation.
Qualifications
At least one year’s experience in a similar position.
Passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
