Chef de Partie - Elevate School Kitchen, HACCP Expert

Sommet Education in Bulle, Switzerland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a permanent contract. You will prepare dishes, ensure HACCP compliance, train apprentices, and support menu development with the Head Chef.

Fluent in French and English, with a CFC Cuisinier or equivalent diploma, you should have strong experience in banquet and buffet production and a willingness to teach others. Vegetarian and vegan cuisine knowledge is a plus.
