We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Duties include working across our OAK Bar & Bistro, Function Room, and Ella's Bar & Lounge, preparing and presenting dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. You will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering high-quality food in a busy kitchen environment.
