We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. You will work split shifts, preparing and cooking meals for both lunch and dinner services. This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, creativity, and a passion for delivering delicious food.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard during lunch and dinner services.Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory.Follow all health and safety, and food hygiene standards.Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
