Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning menus in consultation with management.
- Estimating food and labour costs and assisting with budget control.
- Ordering, receiving and managing food supplies and kitchen inventory.
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking and presentation.
