Oversees fill station areas to provide quality packaging for 640 # blocks.
Essential Functions
Fill Station: Able to perform and follow proper LOTO procedures for all fill station operations.Run all fill station operations.Calibrate scale by placing dolly on the scale with the 1000lb weight.Run all DI operations (Calibrate Hoppers, dose blocks, log weights etc.).Inspect each block for foreign material ex. Plastic, metal, excessive peppers, other color cheese etc.Perform hourly metal detector tests.Perform DI magnet inspections.Operate HMI and basic knowledge of the track system.Must have basic knowledge HMI for fill station.Fill out all log sheets for area.Understanding shuttle car selections and functions.Loading and selection of vacuum chambers for filling.Perform CIP on 640 fill ...
