Role Summary
The HR Manager is part of the local management team, working closely with line management and reports to Director Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
**Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top aviation talent, including pilots, maintenance engineers, and ground support staff.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding, with a focus on regulatory and technical requirements for aviation roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring in line with operational requirements.
**Employee Relations and Engagement**:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution among diverse teams.
