Chartered Accountant – IPO Compliance, Financial Reporting & Taxation

Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on experience in both Pre-IPO and Post-IPO compliances for a Main Board IPO. Profiles without relevant IPO exposure will not be considered. The candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Finalisation, Ind AS, Taxation, MIS, and SEBI/Stock Exchange compliances, and should be capable of independently coordinating with Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.
