Chartered Accountant (ICAP) for SMC – Form 9 + Annual SECP & FBR Filings

We are a Pakistan-based Single Member Company (SMC) providing estimation services to US clients. We need a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) to handle our compliance needs on a per-task basis.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• ✅ Chartered Accountant – ICAP member with valid practice certificate
• ✅ Able to issue auditor's certificate under Section 70 of Companies Act 2017
• ✅ Experience with SMCs and small services businesses
• ✅ Familiarity with FBR IRIS portal and SECP eServices

SCOPE OF WORK

FORM 9 CASH ALLOTMENT CERTIFICATE (One-time – Urgent)

• • Auditor's certificate for share capital verification (cash allotment filing with SECP)

️ SECP FORM A (Annual)

• • Annual Return filing with audited financial statements

FBR INCOME TAX RETURN (Annual)

• • Company tax return filing
• • Basic tax planning advice (optional)
