You will assist donors in completing their contributions while providing excellent customer service, supporting children with cancer, and contributing to vital research for less invasive treatments.
What You Will Do
- Answer donor calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide donors through the contribution process.
- Accurately record donor information in the system.
- Provide clear, correct, and thorough information.
- Resolve donor inquiries efficiently while meeting quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced or native-level English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong spelling and grammar.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM in a Windows environment.
- Positive, empathetic, and eager to learn.
