Support on site electrical & hydraulic system diagnosis, failure analysis, system assessment and adjustment

Machine health monitoring via CAMP (Control and Monitoring Platform for HMS Shovels), update CAMP system (BCS 3 / Servo Controller/Drive Controller/Auxiliary Controller

Provide Service letter assessment, and monitoring of machine for eligibility in conjunction with HMS Product Reliability personnel.

Customer PM Documents review and editing, ensuring machine vulnerabilities are covered by routine Preventative Maintenance plans.

Offer Dealer Support Network (DSN) assistance to customer, obtaining factory guidance for repairs and questions.
