Build executive-ready dashboards and performance packs that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
Conduct deep-dive analytics on sell-in, sell-through, activation, and promotions to guide strategic decisions and resource prioritisation.
Translate findings into evidence-backed recommendations for sales, trade, and distribution leaders.
