Responsibilities

• Handle distributor management for Region 1 (North Luzon).
• Lead the Distributor Core Work Process and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Act as the main link between GCash and distributor partners.
• Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives are aligned and achieved.
• Provide business recommendations related to Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution.
• Develop territory strategies, plans, and business‑building programs aligned with regional goals.
