Position Overview

The Change Management Senior Consultant at Strada will lead and support complex change initiatives that drive business value for our clients. The role involves managing project plans, delivering communication and change management strategies, building relationships with C‑level stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for business development and methodological improvement.
