About the role:
The Change Management – Practice Manager (VPS6) is a strategic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) leadership role responsible for embedding enterprise change management practices that support coordinated, sustainable delivery across Victoria Police. The role leads frameworks, standards and oversight of change across the organisation, identifying interdependencies, sequencing and capacity risks, while working closely with the EPMO Director, practice managers, senior leaders and project teams to align change activity to outcomes and value realisation. Key initiatives include establishing consistent change practices, uplifting capability through training and guidance, and providing enterprise visibility of change impacts and readiness.
