Job Description
JOB SUMMARY - The Associate Project Manager known as the Onsite Solutions Specialist (OSS) is responsible to act as the single point of contact upon Occupancy of Team Based Space (TBS) in both first and second generation buildings. The OSS will interface and engage with occupants, members of the RE&F team, CBRE IOS, IFM and Integrator, and other TBS supporting entities. The OSS will act as the single point of contact for occupants as they transition into TBS and is responsible identifying, tracking, mitigating and closing out on space related issues related to occupant feedback to ensure a smooth transition and productivity for occupants in TBS.
