Change Management Engineer

Location: San Luis Potosi MX
Job Purpose: BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Change Management Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between headquarters and BorgWarner SLP to meet project and customer needs.
• Act as a point of contact between the customer (various plants including Part Validation, Specialist Technical Assistant, Design Engineer), headquarters (PowerDrive Technical Center), and BorgWarner SLP to fulfill both internal and customer requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of activities assigned to BorgWarner SLP, in accordance with project management guidelines established by Program Managers.
• Report program progress to plant management against the plan, including any changes or deviations from established plans.
