The role
we’re looking for a Change & Communication Analyst to support the people side of technology-driven change initiatives within the Digital & Technology division.
This role is ideal for someone early in their change or communications career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning complexity into clarity, and is motivated to help people successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. Partnering closely with the Manager, Change Management, the Analyst will play a hands-on role in executing change and communication activities that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization.
You’ll contribute to multiple initiatives at once, supporting the development of communications, coordinating change activities, and partnering with project teams to ensure employees feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout periods of change.
