Job Description

Purpose:

A Change coordinator position in an IT Service Operations organization is responsible for ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled, low‑risk, and auditable manner. The role exists to minimize service disruption, reduce failed changes, and maintain compliance while enabling the business to move quickly.
