The Change and Release Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day change and release management activities within the ITIL framework, supporting the Change Enablement Lead Analyst and Team.
This role ensures that change requests are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth implementation of changes with minimal disruption to IT services, as well as supporting release deployments **.**
