Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO – Consultancy) to provide strategic and hands-on financial leadership for a fast-growing retail and distribution organization with over 60 stores nationwide. This role will work closely with the owners and senior leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, optimize profitability, manage funding and credit facilities, and ensure robust tax and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings deep retail finance expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to assess both financial performance and people capability within the finance organization.
