YESS in Edmonton seeks a Chief Financial Officer to steer financial strategy and oversight. This leadership role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management.
In collaboration with the CEO and executive team, the CFO will lead financial sustainability efforts and risk management while supporting the organization’s mission. Managing diverse functions such as Finance, People & Culture, Facilities, and Health & Safety will be key to advancing YESS’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive annual budgeting and financial planning processes
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Lead cash flow management and financial audits
• Develop internal controls and risk frameworks
• Present financial data and insights to the Board
Requirements:
• CPA designation is essential
• 7+ years in financial management roles
• At least 3 years in senior leadership
