Job Description

Step into a leadership role as the Chief Financial Officer, managing finances for a nonprofit organization. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and fundraising initiatives to enhance sustainability.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO plays a crucial role in the leadership team. This position requires expertise in analyzing financial data and developing budgets, as well as supporting fundraising strategies. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive annual budgeting and planning processes • Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders • Lead the annual audit and liaise with external auditors • Manage fundraising activities and oversee compliance • Ensure financial policies and procedures are up to date
