CFO Evolution Justice Services Support Worker

The Growth Company's (GC)Justice Services team are looking for aCFO Evolution Justice Services Support Worker to deliver rehabilitation and Employment Training and Education support for individuals and groups within ourCFO Evolution Program within our Community Activity Hub.

CFO Evolution is a voluntary, seven-stage program aimed at reducing reoffending by providing tailored support and Activity Hubs for individuals in custody or on probation with complex needs. It focuses on rehabilitation through personalised one-to-one sessions, education, and employment support to help people move away from crime and engage with mainstream services.

You will be dual trained as a Support Worker and Activity Facilitator, providing advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to a caseload of participants via regular 1:1 meetings and group interventions as appropriate.
