- Own the Certinia platform roadmap and prioritize scope across all workstreams
- Lead Resource Management — staffing, capacity, skills-based allocation & scheduling
- Define Time & Expense Management — entry rules, approvals & billing linkage
- Own Billing Events, invoice readiness & release to finance workflows
- Drive Services CPQ / Estimator — templates, pricing assumptions & project conversion
- Translate business requirements into backlog items, decisions & release priorities
- Own data migration scope, integrations & cutover readiness
- Drive UAT, defect triage, business sign-off & go-live readiness
