We seek a BC Power Engineer Class 4 for our 24-hour facility with three to five years of healthcare-related experience. Master operations on HVAC, medical gas, and plumbing systems while responding to alarms, performing maintenance, and overseeing emergency protocols. Work independently and develop your technical skills in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain chillers, boilers, and associated equipment • Respond to emergency alarms and maintain fire systems • Troubleshoot cooling towers and HVAC systems • Perform equipment inspections and log maintenance activities • Close work orders and write detailed reports
