:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Is responsible for delivering superior customer service. Smiles and greets customers, answers non-medical questions, does suggestive selling, handles special requests, assists in resolving minor customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Assists customers at the register by processing sales of prescriptions, OTC products, groceries, and other various items for sale.
Assists in identifying customer’s needs, helps to locate product, and promote products and services. Works with the pharmacists to resolve any customer issues or problems.
Operates and maintains a working knowledge of equipment to help provide service to customers including but not limited to the register, phones, computers, fax machines, scanners, prescription processing sys...
