Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Measure and record vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration for each new patient on admission.Document and report patient information clearly and concisely via electronic medical record.Demonstrate a consistent level of performance irrespective of changes in workload.Report observations regarding patient’s welfare or condition to appropriate nurses and care providers.Recognize emergency situations and report to appropriate staff.In addition to the above job r...
