Summary: Our Certified Caregivers (CNA's) provide non-medical home care services to clients of Griswold Home Care. Responsibilities: * Performs tasks and activities in client’s residence as detailed on the Client Requested Services, care plan * Able to prepare simple meals. * Perform personal care tasks that could include assistance with activities of daily living which are bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulating or transferring, meal preparation or assisting with eating, and driving clients to appointments or errands. * Perform Companionship/sitter tasks that could include walking, exercising, reading, visiting, talking, game playing, puzzles * Perform other tasks that could include safety supervision, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping * Reports change in client’s condition to Agency office * Reports to work in clean, well-groomed appearance Essential Duties: * Language and literacy skills are adequate to communication needs and requests of ...
