Centre Operations Lead - Education & Enrichment

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Centre Manager to lead two enrichment centres in Singapore, overseeing daily operations, customer experience and business performance. You will manage enrolment, retention and service targets while coordinating with teachers and support staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

You will drive sales initiatives, ensure smooth scheduling, supervise staff, and use CRM and student management tools to report on progress and trends.
