Project Objective

Regularization of Corporate Documents.

Challenges

Applying Corporate Law and Securities Law aspects to day‑to‑day corporate‑related matters, going as far back as possible to regularize corporate records of legal entities in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities

• Review corporate documents;
• Reconstruct corporate history of more than 37 legal entities in Mexico;
• Organize the file room where corporate documents are kept;
• Ensure documents are digitized.

Qualifications

• Law Student;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good organizational skills;
