Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blueprints for accurate foundation layout
• Operate machinery such as bulldozers and packers
• Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks
• Create access roads and install necessary fencing
• Ensure personal and crew safety through inspections

Requirements

• High school education preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction
• Relevant safety certifications such as First Aid and WHMIS
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Effective team supervision and communication skills
