About the Role
This is a technical, problem-solving role for someone who knows cellar processes inside and out and loves digging into the why behind the way things work. The Cellar Technologist supports the cellar department through process optimization, SOP and technical documentation, trials, and troubleshooting — working closely with engineering, maintenance, shift supervisors, and brewers along the way.
