We're hiring Cellar operators to join the team at Brighton & Hove FC. The successful candidate will support high-quality beverage operations across matchdays, match nights and special events.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain all cellar areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
- Change kegs, casks, and gas cylinders safely and efficiently
- Ensure beer lines are maintained and products are served to quality standards
