Job Description

Job Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Receiving and understanding Design Package (Including but not limited to 2D and 3D Drawings / BOM from customer or design center) and ensure CBOM / Complete Drawings for sourcing, suppliers and production.
2. Unit Cost Estimate based on design lock down (Materials / Direct labor / Overhead).
3. DFM - Coordinating with Process and Design Engineers (two-way communication) to align.
4. Materials specification to suppliers – coordinating with design engineers and suppliers for spec sign-off.
5. Suppliers' materials qualification - coordinating among suppliers, design engineers and quality.
6. Sample build (EVT / DVT / PVT) and NPI Schedule for product qualification.
7. Product related documentation for production (BOM / Routing / PFMEA / PCP / WI / Inspection Instructions).
8. Materials Planning (CTB).
9. Do the Production Plan and ensure deliveries with quality. <...
