Millfield Prep School is an independent co‑educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 13, located in Glastonbury, Somerset . We cater for around 550 pupils and staff each day, providing breakfast, lunch, and supper, alongside a vibrant hospitality service.

This 52‑week operation runs 7 days a week, with additional weekend residential activity for boarders, creating a varied and engaging working environment. The role operates on a 5 days out of 7 rota basis, including some weekend working (primarily during term time), balanced with:

• No late evenings
• Sociable hours compared to traditional hospitality roles
