Catering Supervisor
What you’ll be doing:
- Motivate and manage a catering team.
- Provide friendly, warm service and engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Control and manage budgets.
- Ensure continuous team communication, build internal and external relationships, and report to management and clients to enable operational excellence.
- Accountable for COSHH, food safety, health & safety, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
- Prepare and cook food, assemble dishes, and maintain well‑stocked food stations.
- Assist during busy periods, special events, or across different stations as required.
