The Catering Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of catering operations for large-scale events, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role supports the Catering management team and leads event staff to successfully service events ranging from small gatherings to large functions of up to 3,000 guests.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of catering events, from setup through breakdown
- Lead, direct, and motivate catering staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Ensure events are executed according to client specifications, company standards, and timelines
- Monitor food presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction throughout events
